    Your first stop will be at a prestigious Chablis domaine, where you will gain insight into the region’s winemaking heritage. Learn about the influence of Kimmeridgian limestone, the classification of Chablis wines (Petit Chablis, Chablis, Premier Cru, and Grand Cru), and the techniques that give these wines their signature minerality.
