This was such an amazing experience, especially for a solo traveler looking for something to do and learn about wine + champagne! We took a nice walk through St. Germain first which is such a treat to explore the area a little before sipping and snacking. So many hidden gems! Raphael, our Sommelier guide was very kind and his engaging storytelling and recommendations made the experience educational and enjoyable. The cheeses were so yummy, complementing the wines amazingly. We stopped by a beautiful restaurant to have the first tasting, and then one final stop in a more intimate space for final tasting.
