BOOKING: A booking is considered as confirmed only when reception of your payment
DATE CHANGE: Fees referring to the cancellation policy may be charged to the customer if customer wants to change the tour date. Wine Passport cannot be held responsible if no alternative date is available.
CANCELLATION POLICY: For all tours : – For cancellations up to 24h before departure, booking fees represent 10% of the total booking value and will not be refunded. There will be no refund less than 24 hours before departure.
SERVICES: Prices are tax inclusive and cover all of the services mentioned. Wine Passport it dependent on the cancellations and availability of the visiter winery, reserves the right to change the tour program. Wine Passport reserves the right to cancel any small group tour where the minimum number is not reached (3 pax). In the event of this occurring, we will notify you one week before the tour at the latest and you will be offered an alternative or full refund.
NO SHOW: All our tours are subject to a timed schedule and we cannot afford being late at the visited estates. For this reason, the guide will wait for the customer no more than 15 min at the determined pick up location. If the customer is not reachable or doesn’t show, the tour will start. No shows will not be refunded for their payment.
PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY: Wine Passport is not responsible for any damage or loss to your personal belongings for which you are responsible for. In the case of damage occurred (at the partners, vehicle, vines) or infraction caused by the customer (narcotic abuse) or if a customer’s attitude is likely to have an effect on the driver’s or other passengers safety, Wine Passport reserves the right to suspend any visit that already started and to charge the customer for any repair under his actions.
LITIGATION: Le Tribunal de Commerce de Paris (the Commercial Court of Paris) is the only court of competent jurisdiction.
